We welcome corporate retreats, mastermind groups, team meetings, training sessions, leadership programs, wellness retreats, private gatherings, family reunions, and more. Discreet retreats are welcome. If you're gathering people with intention, we're the right venue.

The Gathering House seats 65-70 for a seated dinner and up to 100 in a cocktail-style indoor/outdoor setup. For exclusive use packages, our eight on-site chalets provide 14 queen beds to be used as you see fit.

Catering is not automatically included, but we have a seasonal on-site chef and coordinate with a trusted network of Alaska based chefs and caterers on your behalf. Options range from buffet-style group dining to plated dinners and private chef experiences. We'll help you find the right fit for your group and budget.

The Gathering House is available for hourly rental Monday through Thursday with a 3-hour minimum. Winter rates (November-March) are $150/hour. Summer rates (May-September) are $200/hour. A $300 cleaning fee applies to all rentals. This option is not available for weddings.
