Both of our full wedding packages include four dedicated planning meetings with our venue team — two in-person sessions on-site and two phone check-ins. You’ll always know exactly what comes next, and so will we.
This is the BlueWater BaseCamp experience at its fullest. Reserve all eight chalets, all three event lawns, and The Gathering House for a weekend that feels like the best version of adult summer camp — only with better linens and a finishing kitchen.
Your guests stay on-site, the mountains are your backdrop, and our team handles setup, daily cleaning, and everything in between. For guests who want the full basecamp experience, 2 RV sites and up to 4 tent sites (with bathroom and shower access) are available.
For groups who want it all — every chalet, every lawn, every corner of the property. A private, full-property buyout for multi-night retreats that go beyond a meeting room. Bring your team, your agenda, and your sense of adventure. We'll handle everything else.

How to Book
The West Side Package gives you The Gathering House and the west side of the property — including two event lawns, four chalets for your immediate group, and full planning support. It’s a fully supported wedding weekend with everything you need, without reserving the entire property.
Exclusive access to the Gathering House and west side of the property, including on-site lodging. A genuine retreat experience with built-in structure and support. Setup is included, and our team walks with you through every stage of planning. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.
